Well quickly to say something I think you should have capped your fuel with your Pioneers first. Also you lost all your light vehicles to a single AA HT which you could have avoided had you skipped your second 222 and went for a Pak 40 instead. Also by the time he got his Lieutenant out you had a nice infantry superiority which you could have used to harass his fuel and other sectors.
Also building more 222's was a big mistake since you already know he has AT grenades on Riflemen and an AA HT. Also teching took you a long time even though you had a fuel advantage at 14 minutes. Teching T3 and getting a P4 could have won you midgame over his infantry and the AA HT.
At 17 minutes I spot a Ranger squad with zooks which means a Pershing is coming. You floated 200 munitions you could have used to place Teller mines on choke points and S-mines on VP's for example. Wasting 200 munitions per use on railway arty to kill a few squads is not worth the cost since he's just gonna move away.
The time his Pershing came out you could have prepared with mines, a Pak and maybe even a Stug III for the fast and reliable AT support it provides. By this time though you only had a P4 which was already outclassed by the Pershing and 3 at-guns he built. Though this meant a lack of field presence, a mortar squad could have done good in getting rid of those, with a reliable AT force to keep the Pershing at bay you could have won by 20 minutes. Your infantry blob was asking for a one shot kill so I would try to move them in smaller groups to flank the enemy and avoid losing everything in one blow. Also he had mines for his rifles so I would also have equipped my Pios with a mine sweeper.
I hope this helped, I'm not a pro but these are my thoughts.
