You may notice I lose a fresh Conscript squad at the observation post very early on and, while retreating earlier would have been smart, I'm not too attached to my first cons because:
A. They cost 20 to reinforce as opposed to setup teams costing 15.
B. It freed up 17 mp/m to pump out better units.
C. It allowed my other Conscripts to flank around the NW and force the mortar to retreat.
Notice the C. Conscript, when he spots the MG and it moves, I back them up in the VP. True Sight is very, very good! use it. Then as soon as my (idling) cons squad spots the Flammenwerfer HT in the South I immediately displace my mortar into the woods to try and stay hidden.
At 8:00 my 1 man Maxim trolls the shit out of the opponent

I think the Flamer HT is better balanced now. It messed my infantry up unopposed but once you get support it needs to back up.
