Probably watch some good teams on twitch and you could easily see, how to counter this

I have to say those USF players were not particularly good, the one at top was doing all right until the end but his ally gave him absolutely no support.

No problem, I love watching that last flank and imagining the look on the face of the USF player as your Assault Grens destroyed him!
