It sure feels like it. MG's + Volks into grenadiers. I thought the russian player did a great job harrasing cut offs and fuel but the german sniper was a big MP drain and I think that turned the game until he met an unfortunate end. I was surprised at damage that shock troops did to scout cars. I play plenty of soviet and still didn't realize that. I figured it would be a good counter to his shock troops.
