If there was any other tank in the soviet stock army that was worth using, I would make them too.
Sadly against OKW there is only 1 tank you can make if you don't have doctrinal tanks. You need armor to kill Übersoldaten and vetted up volks. T4 is useless because it can't do this and 2 out of 3 T3 units get hardcountered by OKW starting infantry long before they can even hit the field.
The Soviet core army needs some serious redesign if Relic ever wants to steer the game away from the boring call-in centered meta.

I agree, they need to boost T4 a bit. SU-76 obviously needs help, but SU-85 could use some additional penetration imo.
