Is the Ost panther better or worse? In general I feel Ost t4 to be underwhelming especially the panther.

OKW's P5 is much better in stats, tech placement. price and voice than the Ost's P5.

I guess so. Especially vs maxim spam. Weapon crews are 25% cheaper than regular infantry to reinforce so I guess those give even less experience? Despite same squad cost?
