The 155mm mortar ability of the jeep commander is just OP. You can be 100% sure that you can kill a OKW truck for 180 munitions. There is NO counter to it, and it is so damn hard to prevent the truck being spotted. The math is: 180 munitions kill a truck that is usually worth 40 fuel or 80 fuel (T4). And you loose important abilities such as your medics from the medic truck and certain unit build options.
I would nerf the artillery to decreasing a trucks HP to half or one quarter left so that you need at least a sherman or a AT gun for the finishing move.
180 munitions for a faction that can build munition caches is just OP vs a faction that needs every bit of fuel and looses at least 40fuel. The meanest thing on that arty is that you can NOT counter it. you can not interrupt it or do anything to prevent your truck from being destroyed. this has clearly to be addressed by relic. same applies to the OKW scavenger arty that kills an entire US base whith 500 munitions in the bank.
