This is another replay showing how the forward HQ is very unbalanced in 2v2.

Mistakes were made on both my and my allies part, but there was virtually no way my ally and I could have destroyed this building, even after countless mortar barrages.

You didn't have to destroy the building. The one guy made nothing but mortars for the first part of the game, you had the entire map capped except the center. If you and your partner had stopped bleeding manpower fighting a mortar war against four enemy mortars being buffed by the HQ, you could have held the entire map except the center and quickly teched. This was an unusual situation in that you actually couldn't quickly kill the buildings with mortars, since churches are really strong and it's very hard to play against mortars from the eastern spawn.

What's real funny is how the guy who made all the mortars was gonna do it regardless of the FHQ, he happened to do an awesome troll strat by accident.

I agree, and it is kinda funny how well it worked out for the mortar guy.

That said, I think the FHQ needs to not scale with the building it occupies. Once it is created, it should have a set health and amount of damage it can take that doesn't come from the building in which it's created.
