This is not a problem with bulletins or the map, this is a problem with your teaching choice. In fact you got the better position in this map and the bulletins should have given you an early hint.
If you went t1 and got 2 m3s plus chose a commander with guards you could have easily beat his mgs, kept his ac 222 back, and dominated the map. Instead you chose to go the hard way, using soviet (trash) mortar against his mgs and at gun against his ac.
no, if anything this shows that the German player was able to win even though he was positioned in the harder to play north spawn.
