I can check it out tonight and point out some things to consider, however I'm not a pro :p

Edit: looked at the replay now. Here's some points I noticed:

Right in the beginning I noticed a small thing in case you didn't know: you can actually choose the waypoint from which your units enter the map, either from the top or from the right hand side. To cap you cut off faster, you can change the waypoint so that your units come from the top. Then if you want to transition to the right side just click the unit waypoint there. It makes your capping a little bit more efficient and during the first minutes defending your cut off would have been much easier.

You also shouldn't take so big risks rngaging those combat engineers with your sniper, it is a very valuable investment and you don't want to lose it during the first minutes. Utilize it's long range by using attack move. Also remember to always use cover during your infantry engagements! The scout car was IMO a good choice when you saw the soviet sniper on the field. It needs to be dealt with pretty quickly, otherwise things easily start to snowball from bad to worse. But investing into another sniper of your own probably wasn't the best idea once you saw that the soviet sniper was already on the field. Medic bunker in your base would have been a very good option at ~10 mins to keep your grenadiers in max health against those PPSh conscripts.

Getting a PaK wasn't a bad choice but probably would have been better to tech T3 and get a Pz IV out. Also remember to engage only in engagements that you can win, don't fight 2 double vetted PPSh conscripts with just one LMG gren squads, PPShs are very powerful in the current patch!

You had a huge amount of munitions during the mid-game and you hadn't picked a doctrine yet, so maybe a good choice would have been jaeger infantry to upgrade your grens with G43s (they deal with snipers pretty well. If the opponent didn't have the sniper I would have recommended you to get a panzergrenadier squad with schrecks ASAP but the sniper kind of nullifies that - you would have just started bleeding a lot of manpower. Blitzkrieg doctrine wouldn't have been a bad choice either I think since you could rush / flank to kill the sniper using tactical movement.

You used combined arms very nicely in the middle of the map at 20 mins, having your scout car, MG, PaK and Pz IV working together. Ostheer combined arms is very powerful. Remember to upgrade your Pz IV with the roof MG, it's a very cost effective upgrade and there's really no reason not to get it. It also shoots down planes quite decently for it's price.

You made a really good move destroying both of his T-34s but during the process you lost many squads which you could have saved. I think losing squads is the biggest problem that you have so try to pay more attention to the engagements! That panzergrenadier squad would have helped a lot with the SU-85s later in the game. At 24 mins you had already lost so many squads it probably was impossible to come back at this point.

So in conclusion: keep your focus on keeping your units alive by not engaging in losing battles. A medic bunker in your base is a must have in a longer game - even if you reinforce your squads the retreated models are at very low health and will die much more easily during the next engagement making your squads much weaker. Also repair your damaged vehicles far from the front lines to avoid any surprise attacks, especially during blizzards when the LOS is very limited. Also you might want to keep in mind that an Ostwind + Pz IV is a very strong combination that deals with both tanks and infatry ;)

Wow, this snowballed into a pretty lengthy analysis..

Hope it helps and I hope that I don't sound too harsh! Good luck with your future games :)

You needed to secure the area around the ammo point closest to your base, If you secure that area you can protect the centre vp, the vp closest to you base, the ammo and fuel point closest to your base. having a mg in the building next to the ammo point along with a gren squad a mortar and eventually an at gun is a very mp efficient way of setting up in that area. I wouldn't try and use up-gunned scout cars to chase off snipers on a small map like this, rather one or two mortars. The mortars can chase away snipers and protect the vps.

You did well at the start and the bunker in the centre was a good idea.
