This was my first game in Multiplayer as Ost, as Soviets I've done alright.
I know my start was bad so It all went downhill after that, but any constructive advice/suggestions for things like build order, troop placement are welcome.

Haven't got a chance to watch the replay, but as a struggling Ost player who is slowly improving, i'd suggest watching replays/streams of the top players, that will help. Mainly it is just playing games though and figuring out what works for you and how to handle varying situations. Ostheer imo are the harder faction for many people to play, so just keep at it.
Map wise, I suggest you veto Minsk pocket, Crossing the woods and Semosiky winter, as they imo are hard maps for Ostheer, especially if you're learning.
Hard to give build orders, really depends on your style, the map and what your opponent is doing. Loosely though, I personally like big t1's, into t2 for a pak and then t3 for p4's. But then, I struggle to use Pgrens/flamer half-track effectively and much prefer the sniper, wheres others can use those units really well.You'll probably find units that will suit your style as you develop it.
