How do you effectively counter this axis playstyle?

It's a sad style imo. Maybe you could try, Katyusha, Artillery or more mining when you have the map control and between his blob rush.
Against his 3 snipers I would have try a fast T70, spam cons and use hooowa, mining too.

I only watched about 15 minutes, but you had already lost by then.
First of all, 2 MGs and 1 Con? Really? Secondly, you teched way to slow (which is an issue from you not having any map control because you had a terrible early build).
Your micro wasn't very good either and you lost a lot of squads needlessly, bringing in that mortar was a mistake and I don't know about shock troops either...
You should be more agressive as soviets early, get more cons, cap shit and if he tries to spam snipers (and trying to hold of with 2 Osttruppen LOL) just bumrush and overwhelm him, tech to mini-tank or truck with snipers and just own him.
You need to work on builds, macro and micro, in short.
