It was supposed to be aired on Sib's channel first so I gave it the name Wasteland Raffle because Sib is living in a toxic wasteland

Agreed, it's not quite clear exactly how one enters the raffle.

You just have to be in the stream, all will be made clear there!
We usually do it like this : you type a keyword (for example "raffle") and then a bot will pick a random contestant. So the raffle is 100% neutral
