Thread: COH3 is pretty good now, where are the players?2 Jan 2024, 20:20 PM I’ve came back to the COH-scene after being away long. I was pretty hyped about coh3. I’ve bought myself a very good rig to enjoy the game in its full glory, to go back to COH2 after a few games cause.. it just feels so not-polished. Kinda boring. I really want to like the game but it just feels not interesting enough for me. I like COH2 again. Back to comp-stomping as I find PvP way to stressfull In: COH3 Central

And will it bother you that 20% of the game is still unfinished and buggy. 1) Single Player Campaign: This mode has been panned by most people. But many still enjoy it if they dont get soft locked and cant finish it. 2) Single Player Skirmish: This mode is great and you can really enjoy this just like the older games. 3) Multiplayer 1v1: This mode seems pretty good. Most 1v1 players have moved to Coh3. 4) Multiplayer 2v2 and up: Coh3 is not as dynamic and exciting as Coh2. This is due to many mechanics and sound changes. There are also only a few maps to play. So this mode gets boring very fast to a lot of players. UPDATES: You should wait until Dec 5th when the next patch comes out. There are some things being addressed and it will bring Coh3 a little closer to feeling like a completed game. But the game was on sale in a few places this week so you will have to be the judge. Rosbone, Thanks for taking the time to give your two cents. I'm thinking of skirmishing against AI as I don't really want to stress vs players. How are the AI's doing? I was super hyped when I saw coh3 coming out but when I watched some Youtube vids - in the beginning they were all so negative - I figured to not buy it - yet. Okay, a few months passed and I see some improvements here and there. The graphics seem to get more interesting for me. The videos and mood in those review videos also seem to be slightly better but I am interested in your opinion: Do you recommend it? Is it worth spending some time and money? If not, why? Be glad that your tourneys get picked up by other people and make the effort to actually spread your tourney name. You should provide the hype & the extra for the people so they come to your channel. Invite the big streamers, make them mod, whatever. Make sure your Twitch channel > theirs at the time of the tourney. And the whole 'organizing is a pain in the ass-thing', what a load of horse***.
